How can I talk to my doctor about my foot problem?
I suffer from my-feet-don't-have-all-of-the-arch-support-and-other-crap-itis. How can I contact my doctor? My feet feel fantastic when I run or walk barefoot in almost Vibram Five Finger, but for liability reasons, I wear sneakers to the gym. Immediately, my feet are uncomfortable sensation this tight and my ankles / heels may begin to hurt when I try wearing sneakers. Unless I get a doctors note, I must wear sneakers to the gym (luckily, just this class). There is a very likely chance the doctor will prescribe more cushioned shoes, so how can I get my views on him? I should mention that I am a still-growing 15 years, but I think I know when my feet are and are not damaged. Sneakers make my feet and my knees hurt (they are not too small) and bare feet are Vibram not. In addition, it is obvious that I'm late with respect to the vertical-with many students in my school.
