How come Eastbay billed me on my card for something I did not order?
I placed an order on ebay, and after checkout I went to my USAA account. It had a billing for an item labeled EASTBAY CATALOG for $28.44. During the review of my order it had no such item so I submitted it.
Have you checked to see if maybe that is their parent company or affiliate for billing purposes? Often storefronts in ebay will make things easier as they change names/etc and keep the same payment company/billing information. Is the amount the same as your ebay purchase?
Rather than calling USAA to advise of the charge (since they can’t do anything until it clears) double check the payment processing and contact the seller to inquire further.
