Should I forgive betray a friend?

See, a "friend" of mine recently betrayed me by telling all my secrets to a girl i hated.then everyone thought she said all sorts of our master teachers on bs me.my foolishly thought so I was punished for nothing.she made herself look like an innocent victim and i almost want to slap her for saying that.but my teacher was all it was in law school, she was a good fren, blah blah blah. "You see, in my sch teachers think more of a" Goody Two Shoes "a lazy like me then of course when I told my teacher the truth, guess what? he didn't believe me.so now my other frens complain, no one speaks his cause and his anymre if you ask me to forgive him, blah blah blah.so im wondering if i shld give him another chance or ask to have a life and not be such a leech and keep hanging teachers?

To forgive is divine, if it is capable of changing over a new leaf why not give him a second chance. However, some are reserve when saying something in the future.
