Shopping for clothes in Los Angeles?
I live in Canada, and it seems to be the general conclusion that buying clothes is here a bad idea. Everything is more expensive, there is less selection, etc. etc. I have a chance to go to Los Angeles. (More precisely, Torrance ~ Which is quite close to Manhattan Beach.) 1. Where can I get decent quality clothes at a good price? Say … $ 50-100 jeans, hoodies $ 40-80, $ 20-50 shirts, shoes, etc. would be nice too. 2. How do you compare buy clothes in Los Angeles from Seattle? (Seattle Center or outlets, perhaps?) Selection, cost, etc. .. 3. All the cool places that you recommend? I mean, the stores that are exclusive in the region, or USA in general. Any additional comments or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
